Customisation
Make your status page match your brand. Configure colours, domains, and organisation settings.
General Settings
Navigate to Settings → General to configure basic organisation settings:
- Organisation Name - Displayed on your status page and in notifications
- Timezone - Used for displaying times on your status page and scheduling maintenance
Your status page URL is shown here and is based on your organisation slug.
Branding
Navigate to Settings → Branding to customise your status page appearance:
Primary Colour
Used for headers, buttons, and accent elements on your public status page. Choose a colour that matches your brand.
Secondary Colour
Used for secondary elements and hover states. Should complement your primary colour.
Use the colour picker or enter a hex code directly (e.g., #3B82F6).
Custom Domains
Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans can use a custom domain for their status page (e.g., status.yourcompany.com).
Setup Instructions
- Add a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to your Status Quo subdomain:
status.yourcompany.com CNAME yourorg.status-quo.tech - Wait for DNS propagation (usually 5-30 minutes, up to 48 hours)
- SSL certificate is automatically provisioned via Let's Encrypt once DNS is verified
💡 Tip
Use a subdomain like status.yourcompany.com rather than your root domain for easier DNS configuration.
