How does SMS pricing work?
SMS notifications are available on Pro plans and above. SMS credits are purchased separately in packs of 100 at $0.07 per message. Credits never expire.
What happens when I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits and give you the option to upgrade. We never automatically charge you or disable your status page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans support custom domains. Simply add a CNAME record and we'll automatically provision an SSL certificate via Let's Encrypt.
What notification channels are included?
All plans include email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, generic webhooks, and RSS/Atom feeds. SMS is available on Pro plans and above with purchased credits.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
